Count for 10 and then stand your legs again in the air for few minutes. Move your legs back to the floor. Take a small break and repeat the process. You will feel a big stretch in your stomach area.

Just stand on the floor, raise your right hand in the hair, move your neck a bit on the left side and then bend your wait by moving the hand to the left side.
