The cause of breast enlargement is due to the development of embryological tissue and the high tendency of estrogen level in females at a time of puberty. Breast are the composed of layers that contains different types of tissues such as connective tissue and adipose glandular tissue. Do regular strength and cardio exercise:

If you do regular exercise then it will help you to reduce weight from all parts of the body including breast.  Some cardio and strength exercise target the fat of the breast.

  • Women who have large and heavy breast are unable to do high impact exercise such as running and jogging. Therefore, it is better to focus on low impact exercise on equipment such as treadmill, stationary bike and elliptical trainer. Do cardio exercise for at least 44minutes and for 5 days in a weak.
  • You can also do some strength exercise like classic pushups and dumbbell bench press to make your body strengthen up and push your muscles to reduce breast size naturally.

Drink citrus fruit juices:

A citrus fruit juices contain vitamin C in it that not only helps your body to increase metabolism but also reduce breast size naturally.  Drink daily one glass of any citrus fruit juices such as orange, lemon, grapefruit and cranberry.

Do Massage:

Massage is a great home remedy to reduce un-necessary fats quickly from the breast.  When you do massage of your breast then spend equal time on each breast.

  • Take a coconut oil or olive oil
  • Apply it on your breast
  • With the help of your ring finger and middle finger, massage your breast in circular motion and in upward direction for at least 10 minutes.
  • Do it daily for 2 months.

Use Ginger:

In old tradition medicines, ginger is use to reduce the size of breast. It is very effective and increases the level of metabolism from the body. Breasts are mostly made up of fatty tissue that’s why ginger is very useful to reduce its fat.

  • Take one table spoon of grated ginger.
  • Add one cup of water in it and boil for at least 10 minutes.
  • After that take out the strain and add one tablespoon of honey in it.
  • Drink 2 to 3 cups of this ginger tea daily.

Do some aerobic exercise:

Aerobic exercise increases the rate of metabolism which in result reduces overall fats of body including breast size naturally.

  • You can do some stair climbing exercise daily.
  • Cycling is also a great aerobic exercise.
  • Brisk walking also good to reduce weight.
